Items that are available and in stock will be so
indicated during the checkout process. If a product is not in stock when you place your order,
we will provide you our best estimate of when the product will be available.
The availability information shown on our web site and provided by our sales
staff is the most up-to-date information we have, but this information does not
represent a guarantee or promise of availability. Once your order has been processed,
you will receive an initial automated e-mail and later an email with your OMEGADYNE
on-line Order Confirmation Number and estimnated shipping date.
Shipping Method
We offer flat-rate UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day, UPS 1 Day, Federal Express Priority 1,
2 and 3 for OMEGADYNE’s On-line Store shipments. Cost for shipping will be shown when checking
out. There is also an option to charge freight to your carrier account number.
If you are ordering items that are not in stock, please be sure to indicate
if you would like available items to ship to you (partial shipment) or if you
would prefer us to ship the order complete. If it is absolutely necessary to
ship by a carrier different than UPS or FedEx, please indicate so in the
"Customer Comments' field on the last page of the checkout process OR contact our Sales
Department at 1-800-USA-DYNE to place your order by telephone. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii,
additional shipping charges may apply if air shipping is required. UPS and Fedex do not deliver to
military APO or FPO addresses so you may be contacted for additional information for alternate shipping
arrangements.
Charging Freight to your carrier account: If you have an account number with FedEx or UPS we can bill the
shipping charges directly to your carrier. Enter your account number and carrier in the appropriate fields when checking out.
Ship Times
All orders placed on line will be confimred by email with an estimated ship date. If you have specail requirements please
indicate them in the "Customer Comments" field on the last order checkout page. Estimated ship dates for Export Orders are
advised by email after complete Export order review and approval. All orders are subject to credit approval.

All Shipping Charges to U.S. locations are flat-rated as follows (unless you provide us
with your carrier acct number in the store payment page when checking out):
UPS Ground - Standard Shipping 3 to 7 Business Days, $8.00
UPS 3 Day - "Orange" - 3 Business Days, $13.00
UPS 2 Day - "Blue" - 2 Business Days, $17.00
UPS 1 Day - "Red" - 1 Business Day, $29.00
FedEx 3 Day - 3 Business Days, $15.00
FedEx 2 Day - 2 Business Days, $20.00
FedEx 1 Day - 1 Business Day, $34.00
Overweight/Oversized Items - Shipping Charges
If we cannot offer you flat-rate shipping due to the weight or dimensions of your order you will
be contacted with the exact charges or you can use your carrier account number for shipping.
Taxes
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to addresses in Ohio, unless tax exempt certificate is on file or your organization is tax exempt.

International Customers
The OMEGADYNE On-Line Store typically ships products to addresses in the
United States. For international delivery locations outside the US, you will be quoted appropriate
freight charges (DHL) after the order has been placed (or you can provide us your DHL or FedEx Acct# on the
"Payment Page" when checking out. You can also contact the Internet Sales Dept, email

For orders shipping to international locations you will be required to complete an on-line Export Compliance questionnaire during
the order check-out process. Your order will then be reviewed for export compliance and you will be notified by email when approved.
