The Basics

1) Feel free to browse our on-line store. Initially no login is required to shop and add items to your shopping cart. Our shopping cart will indicate pricing as well as current availability of the product you are interested in. Once your cart has been filled you can checkout.

2) If you haven’t ordered on line with us before, please register as a "New Customer" and create a unique username and password on our secure server once you are ready to check out. If you have ordered from the Omegadyne website before, you will simply login to continue and complete the transaction.

3) Various payment options are available to you when purchasing from the OMEGADYNE On-Line Store, see Payment Options in the next topic. You will be prompted to enter a payment method during the check-out process. If you are an existing OMEGADYNE customer and order "on account" the payment page has fields to enter your OMEGADYNE Customer Number and your purchase order number so the Internet order can be billed to your OMEGADYNE Customer account number.

4) Once your order has been entered you will receive an immediate webpage acknowledgement with an order number. Your order has been placed! You will also receive an automated email acknowledgement shortly thereafter.

5) Later, after back-end order processing you will receive a follow-up email regarding your order with anticipated ship date and a link to your order details. Estimated ship dates for export orders are advised by email after complete Export order review and approval.
