OMEGADYNE's On-Line Store offers compatibility with most versions of the most popular browsers such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, Google. This will enable you to continue with a secure transaction regardless of which version browser you are using.

If I don't want to purchase online, what do I do?
OMEGADYNE on-line is part of the OMEGADYNE Team. By calling us at 800-USA-DYNE, Toll Free: 1-800-872-3963, or (740) 965-9340 you will be connected our Sales Deparrtment to take your order. We offert the best in Sales & Service to Exceed Your Expectations regardless of how you place your order!

Can I use a purchase order to place my order?
If you are a purchasing agent or buyer, and have a valid OMEGADYNE Customer Number with an approved line of credit, you can use a purchase order. On the "Payment Page" during the checkout process there are fields for your Purchase Order as well as your OMEGADYNE Acct Number. If you desire to open an account with OMEGADYNE leave the OMEGADYNE Customer Number field blank and fill in the Purchase Order field. Our eSales Dept. will reply by email or telephone to fully confirm your order has been processed. Orders placed on account are subject to credit approval and verification.

What methods of payment do you accept?
OMEGADYNE on-line store accepts credit cards and purchase orders. Please see the How to Payment Methods section for ordering options.

How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping costs for your order are shown clearly when you are ready to check out. We offer convenient flat-rates for UPS and Fedex or you can charge shipping to your carrier account number. Please see Shipping & Delivery for additional details.

When will I receive the products I ordered?
Your shopping cart will indicate whether the items you selected are in stock or whether there is a lead-time associated with them. We do our very best to quote accurate availability information at the time of ordering. For more information, see Shipping & Delivery.

How can I find out the status of my order?
We will confirm expected ship date of your order by email. You can use the Order Number to check order status with Customer Service by email (cservice@omegadyne.com), telephone, 800-872-3963, by fax 740-965-9438.

How do I get support and information about OMEGAdyne products I am interested in?
OMEGADYNE offers full pre and post sale engineering product support via our Toll Free telephone numbers, via email, or fax. Customer Service and Sales are also readily available to meet your needs. Learn about other ways to contact us.

What is your return policy?
You will be required to contact Customer Service (Tel: 800-872-3963 Staffed Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 PM EST, Fax: 740-965-9438; E-mail: cservice@omegadyne.com) to get a Return Authorization Number. A restocking fee may be applied to the return.

How do I search for a product in the On-Line Store?
You can search the entire omegadyne.com Site from any page. If you can't find a product, try being less specific in your search. If for any reason you cannot find the product on-line, simply call, fax, or email us to place your order. See Service and Support for additional information.
